Mekanische Konstruktie Baudoin
Our story started in 1926 when Pieter Baudoina founded a small repair workshop in Mol, next to the Citroën garage of his brother. He gave his studio the appropriate name 'Mekanische Konstruktie Baudoin', now better known as MKB.
His experiences during the war made him a master of planing, turning and milling and precision work. Because he regularly needed spare parts for his repairs, and there was little to be found within this industry in the Kempen, it was decided he can also trade the spare parts.
Engineering and On site assembly completed the picture
In 1990 the company moved to the current building and expanded MKB by also offering engineering. Since then you can also contact us for drawing assignments and custom-made designs.
In 2002, MKB was taken over by Eriks. He mainly took over the trading activities, while at MKB we continued to carry out repair work, as well as customization and engineering.
In 2010, MKB again expanded its services withOn site assembly service where technicians repair machines on site at customers' premises. This completed the service package.
