CNC Miller

Your position

As a CNC miller, you and your colleagues are responsible for completing all milling work on time and correctly. You will work with advanced CNC milling machines and other tools to produce parts that meet our customers' quality standards. Your tasks include:

  • Independent programming of the milling machine based on instructions and technical drawings
  • Efficient execution of orders
  • Contribution to the choice of machining sequences and tools
  • Management and maintenance of machine and tools

Your knowledge and skills

  • Preferably a TSO training in mechanical design techniques
  • Minimum 3 years of relevant practical experience in daily work with CNC controlled milling machines
  • Good at reading technical drawings and a strong sense of technology and mechanics
  • Flexible in shift work
  • Working independently with an eye for safety, order and cleanliness

CNC Turner

Your position

As a CNC Turner, you and your colleagues are responsible for completing all metal turning work on time and correctly. You mainly work on custom work and small series. Your tasks include:

  • Independent programming of the machine based on instructions and technical drawings
  • Efficient execution of orders
  • Contribution to the choice of machining sequences and tools
  • Management and maintenance of machine and tools

Your knowledge and skills

  • Preferably a TSO training in mechanical design techniques
  • Minimum 3 years of relevant practical experience in daily work with CNC controlled lathes
  • Good at reading technical drawings and a strong sense of technology and mechanics
  • Flexible in shift work
  • Working independently with an eye for safety, order and cleanliness

Technician

Your position

As a Technician, you are responsible for all disassembly and assembly work in a team. The following tasks are part of your job:

  • You disassemble, overhaul and assemble machines and assembled units within our workshop.
  • You carry out the first inspections, consult with colleagues about approach and implementation.
  • You goes to the customer on site to install machines or carry out adjustments
  • You ensure that orders are carried out as efficiently as possible.
  • You provide an extensive package of tools and aids.

Your knowledge and skills

  • You preferably have a degree in mechanics or electromechanics and a passion for technology.
  • You have knowledge of and interest in mechanics and mechanical components.
  • Basic knowledge of electricity, pneumatics and hydraulics is a plus.
  • You can work independently and attach great importance to safety, order and cleanliness.
  • Minimum 3 years of relevant practical experience
